Run 4 fun trainingplan for intermediate runners

This trainingplan is for intermediate runners who can now run at least 45 minutes.
It is a FUN mix of trainings. Think of intervals, tempo run and long(er) runs.
The plan is a mix of time and distance based runs.

This plan is not specific towards running a time or distance goal, but I do believe it can be used to run a (fast) 10K and onwards.
With this plan you will build endurance but you will also work on getting faster.
